Focusing exclusively on day-of event support and hands-on logistics, this role works alongside event leadership to ensure seamless operations. This position offers fully paid training and a strong foundation for rapid career growth within our expanding media and events division.
Key Responsibilities Day-of Event Operations:
Assist with setup, guest engagement, operational execution, and breakdown across diverse event formats including pop-ups, trade expos, and multi-day festivals.Pre-Event Prep:
Spend 1-3 hours per week on routine planning, supply prep, and pre-event administrative tasks (hours scale up during event weeks).Team Collaboration:
Attend weekly virtual check-ins to review upcoming event logistics and site duties.Special Event Participation:
Attend and participate in LWood Media Group's Call Day on October 12, 2026. Paid Onboarding & Mandatory Training All training expenses are fully covered by LWood Media Group throughout the remainder of the 2026 calendar year. Selected candidates must pass the following certification courses within 30 days of hire: REM Events Operations 1 REM Events Operations 2 Pre-Hire Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Solid organizational abilities and attention to detail under fast-paced event conditions. Valid U.S. Driver's License. Reliable personal vehicle capable of passing NC Safety Inspection standards (for travel across Central NC).Compensation & Perks Structure:
