In-Store Sales & Lead Generation Specialist - Home Depot Blinds by Noon | Part-Time | Weekends Only Do you enjoy direct marketing and engaging with customers? Blinds by Noon is seeking a motivated, outgoing sales professional to represent our company inside assigned Home Depot stores. This hybrid opportunity combines hourly in-store lead generation with commission Weekend Schedule Up to 10 hours per weekend

Saturday:

10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. or 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

Sunday:

12:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. or 12:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. Compensation $20 per hour for approved in-store hours Commission on every self-generated lead that converts into a sale Responsibilities Professionally represent Blinds by Noon inside assigned Home Depot stores. Approach and engage customers to introduce our custom shutters, blinds, shades, and other window treatments. Generate qualified leads for customers interested in covering at least two window openings. Maintain approved displays, brochures, signage, and marketing materials. Ideal Candidate Friendly, confident, professional, and comfortable approaching customers. Experienced in direct marketing, brand representation, lead generation, retail, or sales.
