Job Description

Job Description Overview Assists with scheduling, room set-up, troubleshooting of events on MRH campus. Works closely with meeting planners and catering staff to ensure quality service. Assists with maintenance and inventory of AV equipment. Uses specialized software to track events and requests. Must be able to assist with room set-up including a variety of conference tables, chairs, and other technical equipment weighing up to 70 pounds. Responsibilities Accurately uses designated scheduling computer software
  • Ensures room set-up, catering, audiovisual needs are met based on meeting planner requests.
  • Uses strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot common problems prior to and during events.
  • Quickly responds to meeting planner emergency requests before and during events.
  • Assist Superviosr in the coordination of conferences, facilitiy management, and special programs.
  • Uses excellent customer service skills to include service recovery.
  • Uses equipment and supplies correctly while maintaining appropriate safety and infection control measures.
Qualifications High School graduate required Working knowledge of Audiovisual and video technology communication equipment
