We are seeking a Client Relations Associate to support customer engagement and account acquisition efforts on behalf of the Verizon brand. This role involves direct interaction with customers, providing information on Verizon products and services, and assisting with new account enrollments. This is an entry-level position with structured training provided. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and representing Verizon in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective customers to present Verizon wireless and fiber service options Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and service features Assist customers with account setup and enrollment processes Maintain a high level of professionalism while representing the Verizon brand Track customer interactions and report on daily activity Work collaboratively with team members to meet client acquisition goals

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Comfortable interacting with customers in person on a daily basis Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Reliable transportation may be required based on territory needs Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required

Pay:

$47,067.55 - $56,683.50 per year
