Full-Time - 5 Day Work Week (Weekend flexibility required)

$17/hour guaranteed +

Retail Promoters work at Walmart in Monroe , speaking with homeowners and scheduling free consultations with our design consultants for window and door replacement projects. What We Offer Guaranteed hourly base pay plus uncapped commissions Paid training and ongoing coaching A consistent 5-day work week Opportunities for advancement and career growth A supportive and team-oriented culture What You'll Do as a Retail Brand Ambassador Set FREE appointments at the Walmart in Monroe Schedule appointments using a mobile device Be on your feet, talking to people throughout the day Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required) Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends Friendly, outgoing personality and comfort talking with new people Comfortable standing and interacting with customers during retail shifts Experience in these fields could be a great fit: Retail experience, Sales Associate, Retail Associate, Brand Ambassador, Wireless Sales consultant, cashier, customer service Customer-facing service roles: Server, Bartender, Host/Hostess, Event Staff, Hospitality If you enjoy meeting new people, working in a fast-paced environment, and earning commission based on your effort, this could be a great opportunity for you!
