While our primary focus is currently travel to Italy, we are actively expanding our portfolio to include Spain, Portugal, Ireland, and Greece. We are looking for an energetic, travel-loving professional based in the Northeast to help us scale our festival presence and client consultation pipeline.
The Role:
This is a dynamic, hybrid role combining high-energy face-to-face marketing with remote travel consultation. You will be the face of our company at major cultural festivals across the Northeast (ranging from Baltimore up to New York's Hudson Valley).
Key Responsibilities:
Festival Representative:
Work on-site at vibrant Italian festivals, engaging crowds, sharing your passion for travel, and collecting entry forms/leads at our booth.
CRM & Data Management:
Efficiently input raffle/contact cards into our HubSpot system following festival weekends.
Travel Consultations:
Conduct fun, engaging 30-minute virtual consultation sessions with leads to uncover their dream travel goals.
Pipeline Management:
Follow up with consultation clients, build customized itinerary outlines, and guide them through the booking process up until they place their trip deposit. (Once the deposit is secured, you smoothly hand them off to our customer service team!).
Requirements:
Must have traveled to Italy at least once (first-hand knowledge or a deep passion for Italian culture is a must!). Based in the Northeast with a willingness to travel to festival locations (travel expenses/lodging accommodated for far-distance events). High energy, charismatic, and extremely comfortable talking to strangers in high-traffic festival environments. Strong organizational skills and comfort using digital tools (HubSpot experience is a major plus, but we will train the right person).
Immediate Availability:
Must be available to work a paid "test day" shift on either Saturday or Sunday at our upcoming festival in Baltimore next weekend.
Perks:
Competitive $25/hour base pay for event and administrative hours. Generous, uncapped commission bonuses tied directly to trip deposits. Incredible growth potential as we expand our destinations globally.
To Apply:
Please send a brief summary of your travel experience (especially any time spent in Italy) and why you would be a great fit for our festival booth and client calls!
Pay:
$24.00 - $27.00 per hour
Work Location:
In person
