Trilogy Lacrosse is hiring qualified individuals to work our Midwest Momentum boys lacrosse tournament at Warren County Sports Park in Lebanon, OH on October 24th & 25th. Potential event management roles include, but are not limited to, Field Marshals, Parking Support and Facility Management. Tournament staffers should have completed at least 1 year of college. Experience in event operations and/or lacrosse is preferred, but not a requirement. Key Responsibilities Manage the operation of a playing field including setup, game play, and breakdown Maintain player safety and resolve conflicts before they escalate Keep games on schedule and applicable penalty time Log and report accurate scores Clearly communicate with tournament headquarters and key staff Coordinate smooth operation of facility parking and customer service

Typical Hours:

6:30am-6:30pm each day (subject to change and final times will be communicated the week of the event)

Compensation:

$15/hour + Meals provided on site Lodging and travel reimbursements are not provided.
