Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic, reliable, and self-motivated Brand Ambassadors to represent TakeOne Edibles across Oklahoma. You will act as the face of our brand, visiting dispensaries, delivering non-infused samples and marketing materials, and hosting in-store pop-up events. This is a remote, field-based role where you control your own schedule and route.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit approximately 35 dispensaries per month (about 8-9 per week) in your assigned territory. Deliver non-infused samples and promotional materials to each location. Check inventory levels and note any out-of-stocks or restocking needs. Host 1-2 in-store pop-up events per month (2-4 hours each), including setting up a vendor table, engaging with budtenders and customers, and gathering feedback. Log all store visits and pop-ups in HubSpot CRM (mobile app) with GPS check-ins, photos, and brief notes. Track your mileage using a designated mileage app (Everlance or Driversnote) and submit a weekly report. Communicate weekly with the remote manager via a brief check-in (text, email, or short call).
Requirements:
Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance. Smartphone with data plan (required for CRM and mileage tracking). Ability to drive up to 350 miles in a single day once per month (for far territories). Professional, friendly, and trustworthy—comfortable representing a brand in a retail environment. Self-disciplined and able to work independently without direct supervision. Familiarity with the Oklahoma cannabis industry is a plus, but not required.
Compensation & Terms:
$13.00/hour for all working time (driving, store visits, pop-ups, reporting). $0.70 per mile reimbursed (IRS standard rate). Paid weekly or bi-weekly via Venmo, PayPal, or ACH. This is a 1099 independent contractor position—you are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and vehicle expenses. A signed Independent Contractor Agreement and a 3-day paid trial are required before starting.
