Job Description We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tanning Consultant to join our team and represent our brand. The ideal candidate will have a passion tanning and beauty, along with a strong focus on sales. As a Tanning Consultant, you will be responsible for providing clients with expert advice on tanning products and services, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, and contributing to the overall success of the salon. We have between 12 and 25 hours per week available, depending on scheduleing and availability.

Requirements:

Meet sales goals measured weekly/monthly Have an outgoing personality and love interacting with customers Work shifts are 9-3 or 3-9 on weekdays and 10-5 on weekends Complete Smart Tan training and test (similar to food handlers license) Maintain a clean and organized salon Cash handling, opening/closing business Able to work alone as well as with a team Have reliable transportation to and from work Qualifications Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Knowledge of indoor tanning is a plus but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. A positive attitude and a desire to learn about tanning products and services are essential.
