Key Responsibilities:

Build positive relationships within the local community and represent the UFC GYM brand in a professional and approachable manner. Assist with outreach efforts, including distributing promotional materials and maintaining an active social media presence. Support the management team during events such as site activations, community gatherings, and celebrations. Engage with individuals in a genuine and respectful way, ensuring interactions reflect the brand's values.

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of customer engagement and communication practices. General knowledge of the fitness industry. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required. Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods when needed. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
