Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to represent our brand - Backyard Beans Coffee Co - and engage with our target audience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales/marketing, and the ability to connect with people in various settings. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services, enhancing brand awareness, and building lasting relationships with customers. Responsibilities Actively engage with potential customers mainly at grocery/retail stores with occasional events and farmers' markets. Utilize social media skills to create engaging content that resonates with our audience while on site. Collaborate with the sales & marketing teams to develop demo strategies that align with brand objectives. Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products. You will drive a company vehicle to and from retail sites - drivers' license required. Qualifications Active interest in the coffee industry Proven experience in event marketing or as a Brand Ambassador is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with the public. Experience in sales or coffee industry is a plus. Familiarity with social media platforms for promotional purposes. A passion for building relationships and representing brands positively.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
