Brand Ambassador (Lead Generator) - Full-Time | Re-Bath of the Southeast (Columbus, GA / Auburn, AL) Re-Bath of the Southeast is hiring an energetic, people-oriented Brand Ambassador (Lead Generator) to represent one of the nation's leading bathroom remodeling brands! In this active, customer-facing role, you'll be the face and voice of Re-Bath at retail stores, home shows, trade shows, and community events across the Columbus, GA and Auburn, AL areas . You'll build relationships with retail partners, educate homeowners about our professional, fast and beautiful bathroom transformations, and generate high-quality leads that help families love their homes again. What You'll Do:

Represent Re-Bath professionally at retail locations, home shows, trade shows, and local events in the Columbus GA and Auburn AL markets Engage with shoppers and attendees, explain our remodeling services, and qualify interested homeowners Build positive relationships with retail store employees and educate them about Re-Bath products and promotions Generate and properly track qualified leads (enter into our CRM system and report metrics) Collaborate with the sales and marketing team on strategies to increase brand awareness and drive results Participate in training, share ideas, and always maintain a positive image of the Re-Bath brand

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador, event promoter, retail sales associate, or in a similar customer-facing marketing/sales role (preferred) Excellent verbal communication skills and a genuinely friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality Comfortable using social media platforms Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for events and retail activations Physically able to stand and walk for 4-6 hours per shift Available to work weekends and flexible hours as needed for events High school diploma or equivalent
