Key Responsibilities:
Actively represent Semper Fi Heating and Cooling at community events, trade shows, and networking functions. Engage with event attendees, educating them about our services and answering questions. Set up, maintain, and manage event booths, ensuring an inviting and professional presence. Collect and track leads from event attendees for follow-up by the sales team. Foster relationships with community members, business owners, and potential customers. Distribute marketing materials and promotional items to increase brand awareness. Maintain a high level of energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm at all events. Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute event strategies. Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.
