Yay! Local is looking for an energetic Local Brand Ambassador to visit businesses throughout the Raleigh area, introduce them to Yay! Local, build interest, and schedule meetings with our sales team. This is not a traditional sales position . You won't be expected to negotiate contracts or close deals. Your job is to make a great first impression, have genuine conversations with local business owners and managers, identify potential opportunities, and book qualified appointments for our team. We're much more interested in your personality, communication skills, confidence, and emotional intelligence than a long sales resume. What You'll Do Visit local businesses in person throughout the Raleigh area Introduce yourself and Yay! Local in a friendly, professional way Start conversations with business owners and managers Learn a little about their business and advertising needs Generate interested leads for our sales team Schedule qualified appointments with our team Keep simple notes and track the businesses you've visited Represent Yay!
