On Camera Content Creator and Brand Ambassador BOSS is looking for a highly charismatic content creator who loves being on camera and knows how to grab attention. You will become one of the main faces of BOSS while also creating content for our small business clients throughout Central Arkansas. This role is perfect for someone who naturally brings energy, personality, confidence, and creativity everywhere they go. What You Will Do Shoot and edit engaging videos on your phone every day Appear on camera regularly for BOSS and our clients Visit local businesses and create commercial style content that shows off their people, products, services, and personality Research social media trends, local topics, and content ideas Create Reels, TikToks, interviews, behind the scenes videos, educational videos, and fun promotional content Help manage and grow social media engagement Who We Are Looking For Extremely comfortable and confident on camera Naturally charismatic, energetic, creative, and outgoing Experienced shooting and editing videos on a smartphone Understands TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and current social media trends Comfortable walking into a business, taking control, and making people feel comfortable on camera Dependable, organized, and able to create content without waiting for someone else to provide every idea This is not a behind the scenes position. We are looking for someone who wants to be the star, represent BOSS in the community, and help make our clients look incredible online. Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
