- Key Responsibilities
- + Act as a peer and advisor to customer CTOs and CIOs, helping them navigate complex digital transformations and operationalizing the PagerDuty Operations Cloud within their organizations.
- Who You Are
- + You have a deep-seated passion for the future of digital operations.
- Minimum Qualifications
- + 15+ years of experience in technical leadership, solutions architecture, or product management within the SaaS, DevOps, or Cloud infrastructure space.
- Preferred Qualifications
- + Active involvement in the tech community (mentorship, open-source contribution, or advisory/board positions). + Experience navigating the regulatory landscape for US financial services or government sectors (e.g., FedRAMP) as it relates to cloud resiliency.
