Job Description

Job Summary/Company :
Sparks Group has partnered with an association in their search for a Program Manager, Membership Packages to support the launch, execution, and evolution of innovative membership models. Reporting to the Product Lead, you will drive product-minded execution, ensure offerings deliver high member value, and align new packages with ongoing technology modernization efforts.
Key Responsibilities Package Execution:
Support the development, rollout, and post-launch optimization of new membership packages; track performance metrics and identify operational enhancements.
Community & Outreach:
Coordinate pilot recruitment, build engagement and educational materials, and establish feedback loops with members and volunteers to capture key needs.
Tech Alignment:
Partner with IT, business, and vendor teams to align membership models with platform modernization, clarify technical requirements, and safeguard the member experience.
Cross-Functional Operations:
Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Member Services to build operational workflows, manage compliance, and report roadmap updates to leadership.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
Experience:
5-8 years in product or program management delivering customer-facing products, services, or subscription models.
Industry Background:
Experience in non-profit, scientific, academic, or association membership environments is highly desirable.
Core Skills:
Strong cross-functional coordination, process mapping, stakeholder management, and experience with membership management systems. - This job is Hybrid Remote.
Pay Range:
Hourly $43.00 to $46.00 We offer several comprehensive benefits package including health and life insurance, paid and unpaid time off, and retirement and savings plans to qualifying employees.
