FutureStars Sports Co. specializes in selling sporting goods at youth sports events nationwide. Our mission is to elevate the tournament experience while providing financial returns to our partners. With over 10 years of experience in the youth sports industry, we are a trusted brand at tournaments across the country.

Position Overview:

We are seeking outgoing and motivated Sales Representatives to join our event sales team. You will be responsible for selling jerseys and merchandise at youth sports tournaments , engaging with customers, and helping create an exciting experience at each event.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate the FutureStars sales booth at designated youth sports tournaments. Engage with customers , promote products, and provide excellent customer service. Drive sales by explaining product features and encouraging purchases. Manage inventory and handle cash/card transactions accurately. Represent the brand professionally and ensure a positive experience for all attendees. Assist with booth breakdown and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

What We're Looking For:

✔ Energetic, outgoing, and great with people ✔ Sales or customer service experience preferred (retail, events, or similar) ✔ Passion for sports, especially soccer ✔ Reliable and able to travel to weekend tournaments (transportation required) ✔ Ability to lift and set up merchandise displays (up to 30 lbs) ✔ Basic tech skills (POS system, payment processing) Why Join FutureStars?
