Social media representative Ochlos.org Stanfield, AZ 85172 (Telecommute) Posted about 8 hours New Ochlos.org — Founding Intern Program (Social Media & AI Operations) About Ochlos Ochlos is a Christ-centered digital community — "a coffee shop on the internet" for prayer, conversation, and trusted resources. Built with AI, Ochlos brings together a live community feed, prayer wall, verse wall, journaling tools, and a curated directory of churches, ministries, podcasts, and creators. Ochlos is available on the web and as an app in the App Store. The Opportunity We're building our Founding 50 — the first cohort of students and young leaders to help shape Ochlos from the ground up. This is real, hands-on experience with a live product and an engaged community, not busywork. Select founding roles may transition to paid positions as Ochlos grows. What You'll Do Help grow and manage Ochlos's presence across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms Create content drawing from the Verse Wall, Prayer Wall, and community stories Use AI tools to support content creation, community moderation, and day-to-day operations Contribute to the Discover directory by researching and vetting churches, podcasts, and ministries Help shape how a faith-based platform grows authentically online Who We're Looking For Students interested in social media, marketing, content creation, or AI/tech Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment Aligned with Ochlos's mission and tone — thoughtful, welcoming, low-hype No specific major required; we care more about initiative and fit Details Remote-friendly, flexible hours Founding cohort status — early contributors help define these roles Potential path to paid positions as the platform scales
