Job DescriptionIngram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Trade Show & Events Specialist to join our team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville.
In this role, you will lead the execution of trade show and event program plans for specified Ingram Content Group (ICG) lines of business (LOBs). Executes the planning, implementation, and production of meetings, events, and trade shows, both physical and virtual, for a cross-section of ICG companies/divisions. Knowledge of and ability to use software for tradeshows, marketing, exhibits, and virtual conference platforms (i.e. ExhibitForce, Aventri, SharePoint, QuickBase)Ability to quickly connect with others and demonstrate exceptional customer service and presentation skillsAbility to establish relationships within all ICG client groups, business partners, and vendorsAbility to plan and execute eventsCommunication, collaboration, and reasoning skillsComputer proficiency, internet searching, negotiation, and organizational skillsAbility to work with urgent deadlines and manage multiple high-priority assignments.

Required Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or related field or directly related year for year experience3 years' experience producing various sized trade shows, meetings, or events in a professional environmentPreferred Skills:
Experience presenting to business stakeholders and ExecutivesExperience coordinating eventsKey Responsibilities:

Hiring Salary Range:
$58,298 - $72,657. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.Additional InformationPerks/Benefits:
