Plants & Retail Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assist with customer questions Process sales transactions using Square Point of Sale system. Check in customers that booked appointment online or walk-ins. Ensure everyone has signed the required forms prior to entering the Succulent Bar Keep area clean and organized. Keep all retail products stocked. Open shipments received and put away products. Notify Management of any issues or concerns immediately. Succulent Bar Interact with customers in the Succulent Bar Provide instructions per Classy Cactus guidelines Create a fun, safe and pleasant experience for customers. Serve signature mocktails. Available to travel with the Succulent Bar to locations 1-2 hours from Murfreesboro. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Authorized to work in the US High School Diploma or GED Ability to work independently and with little supervision. Ability to provide friendly and professional customer service Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Abilility to speak in front of groups of people. Social Media Savvy- Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat etc.
