As a member of our team, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional customer experience while working in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Self-motivated with reliable transportation and a smart phone (data + GPS).
Comfortable with digital training and independent store visits.
Able to maintain displays, demo products, and report activities.
Physically able to lift up to 45 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Passionate about the brand, customer engagement.
Ability to work 10-24 hours on weekends , with potential for additional hours during the week based on business needs. What We're Looking For
Genuine passion for coffee and enthusiasm for sharing it with others
Self-motivated, responsible, and comfortable using technology
Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage customers
An outgoing personality with a willingness to take initiative.
