Right now, we're hiring a full-time Promotional Brand Representative to support a campaign focused on expanding access to counseling resources in schools

As a Promotional Brand Representative, you'll be out in the community every day, interacting directly with customers at local events and retail pop-ups. Your role is to take something important and make it understandable, relatable, and actionable for every customer you speak with. Promotional Brand Representative Responsibilities Start conversations with customers at events and pop-up locations, introducing the nonprofit campaign in a way that feels natural

• not scripted Break down how the organization supports youth mental health so each customer clearly understands the impact behind the mission Walk customers through the donation process step-by-step, making sure nothing feels rushed or confusing Handle contributions accurately while maintaining a smooth, positive customer experience from start to finish Adjust your communication style depending on the customer you're speaking with, keeping interactions engaging and respectful Keep track of daily outreach, customer responses, and funds raised to stay aligned with campaign goals Work closely with other Promotional Brand Representative team members to maintain strong energy and consistent results across locations Promotional Brand Representative Role Overview You're not sitting behind a desk•you're actively engaging with customers throughout the day Every conversation has a purpose tied to a real cause, not just a transaction You see the direct outcome of your work through customer involvement and funds raised It's an entry level role where your growth is based on performance, not tenure Promotional Brand Representative Skills & Qualifications 0-2+ years of experience in Sales, Event Marketing, Brand Awareness, or a related field Comfortable engaging with customers throughout the day in a face-to-face environment Positive, steady energy that translates into clear and engaging conversations Ability to explain information in a way that customers can easily follow Reliability and consistency in a performance-based, team-driven setting Interest in gaining experience in customer interaction, outreach, and fundraising Entry level candidates are encouraged to apply•no prior experience required Job Details Full-time, onsite role working directly with customers in the Dallas community Entry level opportunity with hands-on training and support Competitive weekly pay starting at $600 base OR 30% of total funds raised A team environment with consistent collaboration and shared goals The chance to support a nonprofit focused on youth mental health and school-based counseling If you're looking for a Promotional Brand Representative role where your communication, energy, and consistency directly contribute to something meaningful, we'd love to meet you.
