Participate in promotional events, campaigns, presentations, and community initiatives.
Build positive relationships with potential customers.
Answer questions and provide clear, accurate information.
Assist the team in achieving promotional and engagement goals.
Maintain a strong understanding of the Skillbridge Academy brand and its services.
Provide feedback regarding customer interactions and campaign performance.
Collaborate with team members to create a consistent and professional customer experience.
