What you'll do Take booked clients, perform whitening Sell treatment plans, products, and referrals at every checkout Get a monthly scorecard: membership average, close rate, retention, product, referrals.

What we need Someone who:

Has 2+ years in fitness, sales Has personally sold memberships, PT, or high-ticket services Has a history of hitting numbers Is comfortable asking for money Handles objections without getting defensive Follows up relentlessly Understands KPIs and wants a scoreboard Is coachable enough to run our script Shows up on time, every shift, no exceptions Wants performance-based upside and a real path up Is willing to start in the chair to earn the studio You bring the sales ability.
