Job Summary Hibiscus Company is looking for a reliable, cheerful weekend market helper to support our farmers markets and events. This role is perfect for someone who is dependable, enjoys talking to people, has a friendly sales personality, and is comfortable helping with setup, customer engagement, and market-day content. This is a paid, per-event role supporting our current markets in Arlington and Reston, VA with pickup/loading from Bristow, VA . Responsibilities Pick up market supplies from Bristow and help load items into your vehicle. Drive supplies to farmers markets and events in Arlington, Reston, and other nearby locations as needed. Help unload, set up the booth, arrange products, signage, coolers, and displays. Stay during the market to assist with customer engagement, samples, restocking, and simple sales support. Greet customers warmly and explain Hibiscus Company products, including hibiscus drinks, tea blends, syrups, and treats. Encourage bundle sales, including 3-packs, 6-packs, and take-home products. Help keep the stall clean, organized, and visually appealing throughout the event. Capture short market content during the shift, including booth setup, product close-ups, behind-the-scenes clips, and market atmosphere. Send all photos/videos at the end of the shift. Avoid recording customers closely, children, payment screens, or private conversations without permission. Help break down the booth, reload supplies, and return items after the market. Qualifications Must have a valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and reliable transportation. SUV, hatchback, minivan, or vehicle with enough space for market supplies preferred. Must be punctual, dependable, and comfortable with early morning weekend shifts. Able to lift and carry coolers, bins, tent supplies, and market equipment. Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with customers. Sales, retail, food service, event, or brand ambassador experience is helpful but not required. Comfortable taking short videos and photos for social media content. Must be able to follow instructions, communicate clearly, and handle products with care.

EatLoco Reston Additional festivals and private events may be added as needed. Compensation $100 - $150 per market day/ event from pickup to drop-off. Additional pay may be discussed for longer events, festivals, or extended hours.
