This is not a typical restaurant position. Your job is to be the face of Geno's outside the restaurant —getting people's attention, starting conversations, handing out promotional materials, and letting the neighborhood know what's happening at Geno's right outside our front door. You will be outside for this opportunity! What You'll Do You'll spend approximately three hours per day outside and around Geno's promoting the restaurant to people passing by on Hamilton street and around the neighborhood.

Responsibilities include:

Greet and engage people walking or driving through the area on Hamilton street Promote Geno's pizza, lunch specials, happy hour, events, and new extended hours Hand out flyers and promotional materials Promote our online ordering through ChowNow Encourage people to stop in for lunch, happy hour, dinner, or drinks right now Help promote upcoming events, sports watch parties, and Geno's specials Hold or display promotional signage when appropriate Create a fun, positive presence outside the restaurant Represent Geno's professionally and enthusiastically in the community Who We're Looking For We want someone who is: Extremely outgoing and comfortable talking to strangers Friendly, energetic, and positive Comfortable approaching people rather than waiting for people to approach them Not afraid of being told no or people being rude or unreceptive Comfortable standing and walking outdoors for approximately three hours Able to explain specials and promotions clearly Motivated by results and getting people through the door Familiar with social media is a plus Restaurant experience is not required.

Personality, reliability, and the ability to connect with people matter more. This could be a great fit for someone with experience in promotions, events, hospitality, sales, street teams, brand ambassador work, or customer service—or simply someone with a big personality who enjoys meeting people and wants to prove themselves worthy of a new opportunity to enter the restaurant industry. Schedule Approximately 3:00 PM-5:00 PM , with regular weekday shifts available. The afternoon shift is designed to promote Geno's during the transition from lunch into happy hour and dinner . Compensation Hourly base pay + performance incentives We want this position to reward results. Additional incentives will be available based on measurable customer traffic, promotional redemptions, online orders, and other marketing goals.
