Leaf Home Events Brand Ambassador - Tacoma, WA Full-Time | W-2 Position | Paid Training | Weekly Pay We are currently hiring an Events Brand Ambassador in the Tacoma, WA area to support an in-person retail campaign for Leaf Home gutter protection solutions. This is an entry-level, customer-facing position combining event marketing, brand promotion, lead generation, and customer service. You'll work directly with customers inside retail locations and at promotional events, introducing Leaf Home gutter solutions, answering basic questions, and connecting interested homeowners with the next steps for learning more or scheduling a consultation. No previous sales, marketing, or home improvement experience is required. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided. What You'll Do Represent Leaf Home gutter protection solutions at retail events and promotional locations Engage directly with customers and homeowners through face-to-face conversations Introduce gutter protection products and home improvement solutions Educate customers on the benefits of professional gutter protection Answer basic questions about products, services, and current promotions Identify interested homeowners and help them take the next step Generate qualified customer leads and consultation opportunities Provide a friendly, professional, and positive customer experience Support individual and team performance goals Assist with retail event setup, organization, and promotional materials Track daily customer engagement and lead activity Participate in ongoing product, customer engagement, and campaign training Compensation & Employment Full-time W-2 position Additional performance-based bonuses Paid training Weekly pay Consistent in-person retail and event schedule Opportunities for advancement based on performance and leadership ability What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable starting conversations with customers Interest in events, marketing, customer service, home improvement, or sales Goal-oriented and motivated by performance Reliable and able to commute to retail and event locations throughout the Tacoma area Professional attitude and strong work ethic Coachable and willing to learn Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, events, promotions, home improvement, lead generation, or sales is helpful but not required. Build Experience in Event Marketing & Home Improvement This position provides hands-on experience representing a recognizable home improvement campaign while developing skills in customer engagement, event marketing, lead generation, brand representation, communication, and sales.
