This role blends hands-on auction support and customer service, making it ideal for dependable, hard-working individuals who enjoy variety in their day. You'll help photograph and catalog assets, assist clients, and support daily auction operations in our new 55,000 sq. ft. auction facility.

Key Responsibilities Catalog auction items with professional photography and accurate descriptions Provide front office support: answer bidder/consignor questions and help buyers find the items they won on auction Assist with payment, pickup, and resolution of auction-related issues Use warehouse and moving equipment (pallet jacks, dollies, etc.) safely and efficiently Deliver excellent customer service to buyers and sellers alike Support process improvements and upcoming facility transition What We're Looking For Dependable, responsible, and professional—someone who shows up and follows through Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Comfort with technology (phones, tablets, computers) Ability to safely lift/move household items Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient with time management Team-first attitude with willingness to learn multiple areas of the business Must pass a pre-employment drug screening (we maintain a drug-free workplace) Ready to Apply?
