The primary responsibilities are to serve as an extension of the brand and company, interact and engage with consumers, promote products or services, and most of all, make a lasting and positive brand impression on the consumer. This position involves face-to-face marketing such as promotional events, tastings and trainings. This position will be based in the Madison market and may require coverage in other regional areas. Job Responsibilities Build the La Crosse Distilling Company brand by sharing your knowledge and providing education on all of our great spirits Create, maintain & grow relationships with bars, restaurants, liquor stores, and grocery stores Perform tastings and trainings in liquor retail locations as well as occasional bar and restaurant promotions. Comply with all La Crosse Distilling Company policies and professional expectations Other Skills and Abilities Familiarity with alcoholic beverage production techniques (distillery, brewery, winery, etc.) Sales and marketing background A passion for craft spirits and mixology Ability and willingness to work independently, including weekends for tastings & special events Outstanding communication & presentation skills, both written and verbal Job Requirements Previous work experience as a Brand Ambassador, Promoter, Influencer or another similar role Background in spirits knowledge and sales Excellent oral and written communications skills Solid business and professional judgment and acumen Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license and vehicle This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
