DOE + COMMISSIONS
Excellent Benefits We're looking for an experienced Leasing Agent who understands that success is measured by occupancy, conversions, and resident retention. You'll be a strong fit if you have:- 5+ years of apartment leasing experience
- Yardi experience required
- P roven success meeting or exceeding occupancy goals
- Strong sales, closing, and customer service skills
- Stable work history
- Professional appearance and communication skills Be prepared to talk numbers:
- What occupancy levels have you maintained?
- What are your lead-to-tour and tour-to-lease conversion rates?
- How have you helped improve occupancy?
- What have you done to retain residents?
- What sets you apart from other Leasing Agents?
