This position supports the Property Manager with completion of day-to-day activities in the Company's best interest to ensure the property is rented to the fullest capacity. The ideal candidate will have previous leasing experience working in a multi-family apartment community, knowledge of Fair Housing laws, and will possess strong communication and customer service skills. Employees are eligible for a productivity bonus of $25 - $150 per paycheck. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Preparing available units each morning for showings. Answering the phones. Assisting prospects and current residents with questions/concerns. Completing leasing paperwork, posting notices. Entering resident information into the system. All employees at the property are responsible for maintaining the safe and clean appearance of our property, grounds, units, pool and laundry facilities. Represent the company in a professional manner at all the times. Other duties as requested by Regional and Corporate Management.

Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish and English. Previous leasing agent experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Previous experience using the community software application One-Site/RealPage helpful. Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to smile under all circumstances when attending to our customers. Ability to communicate professionally, verbally and in writing. Must have excellent customer service skills. This property uses golf carts to transport people and materials. In order to use the golf cart and your personal vehicle for business use, you must provide a valid and appropriate state driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
