This position is responsible for showcasing residences and community amenities, generating leasing opportunities, supporting the leasing process, and maintaining the high standards of service and presentation expected in a luxury residential environment. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesLeasing & Sales

• Welcome prospective residents and provide personalized, professional tours of residences and community amenities.
• Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, internet inquiries, and walk-in traffic.
• Identify prospective residents' needs and recommend residences that align with their lifestyle and preferences.
• Follow up with prospects to encourage applications and support leasing goals.
• Assist with applications. Luxury Customer Experience
• Deliver gracious, attentive, and personalized service to prospective and current residents.
• Create a memorable first impression through professional communication and a polished presentation.
• Respond to resident questions and service requests promptly and courteously.
• Support resident retention initiatives, community events, and resident appreciation activities. Community Presentation & Operations
• Maintain the appearance and organization of the leasing office, model apartments, and tour routes.
• Ensure residences and amenities are presented in a clean, inviting, and move-in-ready condition.
• Assist with maintaining accurate prospect records, leasing files, and resident information.
• Support daily administrative tasks, marketing initiatives, and community operations.
• Follow company policies, Fair Housing requirements, and applicable leasing procedures. Qualifications
• Previous experience in luxury leasing, hospitality, retail sales, or customer service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and a polished, welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to build relationships, manage multiple priorities, and work independently.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn property management software.
• Availability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends and after hours as needed.
