Job Description

Summary Real Estate Agent Limbird Real Estate Group is looking for a full-time Real Estate Agent to serve clients throughout Northwest Arkansas. As a member of our team, you'll help buyers and sellers navigate every stage of a real estate transaction.
Key responsibilities include:
Responding to leads and coordinating client appointments Touring homes with prospective buyers Drafting, presenting, and negotiating offers Guiding clients through the transaction and ensuring a smooth closing process Building a strong client pipeline through prospecting and relationship development Staying connected with prospects who may not be ready to make a move right away Through PLACE, you'll have access to professional coaching, training, marketing support, and technology to help expand your business. We provide the systems, resources, and direction to support your success, while you bring the consistency and accountability needed to excel through daily prospecting, follow-up, organization, and outstanding client care. Responsibilities Follow up with new and existing leads and keep conversations moving. Prospect regularly and work to build a consistent pipeline of potential clients. Meet with buyers and sellers to understand their goals and explain the next steps. Help buyers find properties and guide them through the purchase process. Help sellers prepare and market their homes. Write, present, and negotiate offers and purchase agreements. Manage contracts, deadlines, paperwork, and communication once a property is under contract. Host open houses and help promote listings. Keep client information, notes, tasks, and follow-up activities updated in the CRM. Use PLACE and other team technology to stay organized. Participate in team meetings, training, coaching, and partner calls. Stay in communication with clients throughout the transaction and provide a good experience from start to finish. Qualifications Active Arkansas real estate license, or currently working toward obtaining one. At least 2 years of experience in real estate sales or another sales role where you were responsible for building and managing a pipeline. Strong communication skills and the ability to have real conversations with clients and prospects. Comfortable making calls, handling objections, and following up consistently. Able to build trust and maintain relationships with clients. Willing to learn and use scripts and sales dialogues as part of your daily work. Comfortable using a CRM and other technology, or willing to learn. Organized and able to keep track of multiple clients, appointments, contracts, and deadlines. Available to work full-time and committed to consistent prospecting, follow-up, and client service. About-our-team Limbird Real Estate Group is the #1 real estate team in Arkansas.
