Job Description

An established multifamily property management company is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for a professionally managed apartment community in Flagstaff. This position is ideal for someone who is personable, polished, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced leasing environment. The Leasing Consultant will support leasing activity, resident relations, marketing efforts, and day-to-day property operations while delivering a high level of customer service to prospective and current residents. Key Responsibilities Respond to prospective resident inquiries by phone, email, and in person. Conduct property and apartment tours and communicate available floor plans, pricing, amenities, and community features. Follow up consistently with prospects and help convert leads into leases. Process applications, leases, renewals, and other leasing documentation accurately and timely. Assist with move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and key management. Build positive relationships with residents and respond professionally to questions and concerns. Maintain accurate leasing activity, prospect, and resident records. Assist with marketing, outreach, resident retention, and community events. Stay informed about the Flagstaff rental market, competitor pricing, concessions, and availability. Work closely with the Community Manager and Maintenance team to support occupancy goals and overall property operations. Maintain a professional leasing office and resident experience. Follow Fair Housing requirements and company policies and procedures. Qualifications 3+ years of leasing, property management, sales, hospitality, or related customer-facing experience preferred. Previous multifamily leasing experience strongly preferred. Strong sales, follow-up, and customer service skills. Professional and confident communication style. Strong organization and attention to detail. Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently. Experience with property management or CRM software preferred. Proficiency with standard computer and office applications. Ability to work a full-time onsite schedule, including weekends as business needs require. Skilled in negotiation, upselling amenities or lease terms to prospective tenants Ability to manage contracts, lease agreements, and property documentation accurately Experience in conflict management and client relationship management within a property or real estate setting Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for administrative tasks Familiarity with property maintenance coordination and facilities management processes Strong organizational skills for filing, record keeping, and managing multiple leasing activities simultaneously This role is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about real estate and community building. Pay:
$23.00 - $24.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
