What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for someone who wants to lead, and recognizes that leadership is about being in service to those on your team Prior experience in property management industry in sales/leasing capacity, or other similar sales and closing skills Complete knowledge of Fair Housing compliance laws Skills required include good verbal and written communication skills, strong customer service experience/skills, and a positive, professional, enthusiastic, can-do attitude Social media engagement and marketing experience a plus! Knowledge and use of standard office equipment (computer, adding machine, and fax) with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) Full time (40) hours per week; weekend work required.
