Duties Greet prospective tenants warmly, providing detailed tours of available residential properties to highlight features and amenities. Engage in active sales negotiations, presenting attractive leasing options that meet client needs while adhering to Fair Housing regulations. Manage the entire leasing process from initial inquiry through lease signing, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for clients. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain organized client records. Conduct market analysis to stay informed about current industry trends, competitive offerings, and pricing strategies within the local real estate market. Collaborate with management and leasing teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns that attract diverse applicant pools, including multilingual outreach when applicable. Stay current with industry best practices, sales technology adoption, and real estate offer negotiation techniques to maximize deal closing success. Skills Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication abilities to build rapport and close deals effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with sales technology tools supporting leasing activities. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for engaging a diverse client base. Knowledge of managing real estate transactions from initial contact through lease agreement signing. Experience in customer service and real estate sales within residential markets, demonstrating a client-focused approach. Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple client interactions and administrative tasks efficiently.
