This role is all about creating a positive first impression, providing exceptional service, and building a welcoming community for both prospective and current residents.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leasing & Sales:

Lead engaging property tours, highlight the best features of our community, and walk prospects through the leasing process with ease.

Resident Support:

Handle inquiries, lease applications, renewals, and service requests — whether it's by phone, email, or face-to-face.

Tech Savvy:

Utilize leasing software like Yardi, AppFolio, or CRM systems to manage resident and applicant information efficiently.

Stay Compliant:

Ensure all leasing activities align with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.

Team Player:

Collaborate with the team to meet occupancy goals and contribute to an exceptional resident experience.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

At least 6 months of property management leasing experience (required) with a background in

Tax Credit/LIHTC Communication:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Tech Skills:

Familiarity with Yardi, AppFolio, or similar leasing platforms (preferred) . Fair Housing Certification (within the past 2 years is required) .

Availability:

Must be available to work weekends as needed.

Transportation:

Reliable transportation is a must.

Bonus Points:
