Job Description

About the Role We're seeking a motivated and energetic Buyer ISA (Inside Sales Agent) to join our growing real estate team in Prescott! This is a phone-based sales role where you'll be the first point of contact for prospective home buyers, helping them take the next step in their real estate journey. As our Buyer ISA, you'll spend your day connecting with leads, qualifying prospects, and setting quality appointments for our real estate agents. What You'll Do Make outbound calls to buyer leads throughout the day using our proven systems Engage with prospects to understand their home buying needs and timeline Qualify leads and set appointments for our real estate agents Manage and update lead information in FollowUpBoss CRM Utilize REDx dialing platform to maximize call efficiency Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email Track daily metrics and consistently meet or exceed appointment-setting goals Maintain a positive, professional attitude while handling high call volume
What We're Looking For Required:
Previous experience in calling, telemarketing, or call center environment Strong communication skills and phone presence Comfortable making 100+ calls per day Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Reliable and punctual Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
Preferred:
Experience with CRM systems (FollowUpBoss experience is a plus!)
