In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, the leasing process, and move-ins. You'll also assist with renewals, resident relations, and community events, ensuring our residents feel at home.

What You'll Do:

Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing Process applications, leases, and renewals accurately Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects Assist with marketing, outreach, and community events Ensure a professional and welcoming office environment

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and people skills Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred Detail-oriented with basic computer skills (Yardi experience a plus) Friendly, professional, and motivated to meet goals
