What You'll Do As a Part-Time Leasing Professional, you'll help create a welcoming experience for prospective and current residents while supporting the day-to-day leasing activities of the community.

Responsibilities include:

Greet and assist prospective residents, current residents, visitors, and callers Conduct apartment tours and showcase available homes and community amenities Build relationships with prospective residents and follow up on leasing leads Assist prospects throughout the leasing and application process Maintain accurate prospect and resident information Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents Assist with leasing paperwork and administrative responsibilities Support the onsite team in maintaining a welcoming, organized, and professional community Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For Friendly, engaging, and professional personality Strong customer service and communication skills Confidence interacting with prospective and current residents Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to multitask and follow through Basic computer skills Dependability and punctuality Availability to work weekends as scheduled Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or apartment leasing experience is a plus Why Gaines Investment Trust?
