• Land Analyst
• to support critical generation, transmission, and distribution projects.

In this role, you'll acquire and divest real property interests, negotiate with property owners and attorneys, and help secure the land rights necessary to support essential utility infrastructure. This opportunity is ideal for a skilled real estate or project professional who is comfortable navigating complex negotiations, evolving project requirements, and multiple stakeholders.

• What You'll Do
• + Acquire and divest real property interests for utility infrastructure projects.

+ Negotiate with property owners, business representatives, and attorneys.

+ Review and utilize appraisals, agreements, and property documentation to support negotiations.

+ Support real estate activities for generation, transmission, distribution, and grid improvement projects.

+ Perform due diligence and help identify property-related risks or constraints.

+ Manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements.

+ Build productive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

+ Support project execution through effective negotiation, documentation, analysis, and follow-up.

• Qualifications
• Relevant experience may include: + Real Estate Acquisition + Land Rights / Right-of-Way + Real Estate Due Diligence + Property Negotiations + Contract Management + Project Management + Business or Financial Analysis + Regulatory Analysis + Environmental Science + Customer Service
