We have locations in Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, Phoenix, Tolleson, and Glendale. Our offices are open 6 days per week, so we need someone who is available in person Mondays-Saturdays, with some flexibility. You must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist the Property Manager with on site operations
  • Handle all details of Move Ins, Move Outs, giving special attention to apartment inspection check-ins and check-outs.
  • Maintain resident records in App Folio.
  • Assist Manager with rent collection, rent ledger, bank deposits, petty cash records, delinquent rents, evictions, maintaining curb appeal, etc.
  • Work with established budget and notify the Property Owner of any possible variations.
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports as directed by owners.
  • Handle lease negotiations and renewals.
  • Show apartments to perspective residents.
  • Work with maintenance team on work orders & make ready process
  • Assist with marketing and leasing activities as requested.
  • Assist Manager with resident relations and enforce all community rules and regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma
  • Math skills
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Ability to compare rate, ratio, and percentages and interpret basic graphs.
  • Reasoning Skills
  • Ability to carry out detailed, written or oral instructions with commonsense understanding. Ability to deal with problems that involve variables in situations.
  • Computer Skills
  • Experience with MS Office Applications & Property Management software preferred Desired Candidate to posses: Customer Service/Sales Skills A positive mental attitude and leadership skills.
Effective time management and problem solving skills Affordable housing experience (Section 8) Proven verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask Experience in effective conflict resolution Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment Base pay is $18.00-22.00 per hour DOE, plus leasing bonuses and mileage reimbursement as applicable.
