ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Property Manager with on site operations
- Handle all details of Move Ins, Move Outs, giving special attention to apartment inspection check-ins and check-outs.
- Maintain resident records in App Folio.
- Assist Manager with rent collection, rent ledger, bank deposits, petty cash records, delinquent rents, evictions, maintaining curb appeal, etc.
- Work with established budget and notify the Property Owner of any possible variations.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports as directed by owners.
- Handle lease negotiations and renewals.
- Show apartments to perspective residents.
- Work with maintenance team on work orders & make ready process
- Assist with marketing and leasing activities as requested.
- Assist Manager with resident relations and enforce all community rules and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma
- Math skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Ability to compare rate, ratio, and percentages and interpret basic graphs.
- Reasoning Skills
- Ability to carry out detailed, written or oral instructions with commonsense understanding. Ability to deal with problems that involve variables in situations.
- Computer Skills
- Experience with MS Office Applications & Property Management software preferred Desired Candidate to posses: Customer Service/Sales Skills A positive mental attitude and leadership skills.
