We are currently seeking licensed real estate agents to fill temporary and part-time job assignments with our builder clients. Temporary sales assistant assignments are your stepping stone into an exciting and lucrative career with a new home builder. This role is the perfect way to gain both experience and exposure, working with several new home builders to find your ideal match. With JWS providing you the tools and knowledge you need, you are one step closer to finding your passion and career success in new home sales! Essential Responsibilities of the
New Home Sales Assistant:
- Assist the on-site sales team in coordinating all aspects of presenting homes to prospective buyers.
- Establish rapport with prospective buyers to determine their immediate housing needs
- Obtain contact/follow-up information from prospective buyers visiting the community.
- Provide excellent customer service to real estate sales agents and prospective buyers.
- Open and close community sales offices and model homes.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid ARIZONA Real Estate License and be willing to it move to JWS
- Real Estate License (Required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional dress and demeanor
- Desire to excel in team-oriented environment
