Job Description
Job Overview Gloria Xiao (萧兰) Real Estate Team at RE/MAX is hiring a . Buyer leads are available (details discussed during interview). You will guide clients from consultation to closing and deliver a smooth, high-quality buying experience. ### Duties & Responsibilities Consult with buyer clients and identify suitable properties based on needs and budget Schedule and conduct property showings/tours across SGV/LA Provide CMAs/market guidance and clear next-step recommendations Prepare and submit offers; support negotiations and counteroffers Coordinate with lenders, escrow/title, inspectors, and listing agents to keep timelines on track Maintain organized follow-ups and transaction notes (MLS/CRM) ### Requirements Active California real estate license (required) 2-3 years experience working with buyer clients (preferred) (required) Strong communication skills, responsiveness, and a service-first mindset Reliable transportation and flexibility for showings (weekends/evenings as needed) Organized and detail-oriented; comfortable with MLS, email/text, and scheduling ### Primary Areas Alhambra, Arcadia, Pasadena, Temple City, Monterey Park, Walnut , •Diamond Bar•, and surrounding San Gabriel Valley cities. ### Compensation Commission-based.
