Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager / Leasing Consultant, where you will play a vital role in driving property leasing success and delivering exceptional customer service. This energetic position combines administrative expertise with sales acumen, ensuring that prospective residents are engaged, informed, and guided seamlessly through the leasing process. You will oversee leasing operations, manage tenant relationships, and support property management functions to foster a vibrant community environment. Your proactive approach and detailed knowledge of property regulations will help maximize occupancy rates while maintaining compliance with Fair Housing laws and other relevant regulations. Duties Greet prospective tenants warmly, conduct property tours, and present leasing options confidently to upsell available units. Manage the entire leasing process from application to move-in, including data entry into Yardi property management systems Prepare and review lease agreements, lease renewals, and 3 day notices with accuracy and attention to detail. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professional etiquette; resolve conflicts effectively using conflict management skills. Coordinate property maintenance requests and facilities management tasks to ensure a well-maintained living environment. Assist in marketing efforts by upselling amenities and available units to prospective tenants; utilize CRM tools to nurture tenant relationships. Support rent collection processes, Must work Saturday and Sunday Qualifications Proven experience in property management or leasing roles with a strong understanding of real estate administrative processes. Familiarity with Yardi property management software including CRM IQ Strong customer service skills combined with excellent phone etiquette and negotiation abilities. Ability to manage conflict professionally while maintaining positive tenant relations. Effective communication skills for engaging diverse audiences and fostering community trust. Pay:
$24.00 - $26.00 per hour
