properties in the Long Beach/Orange County area.. The technician must have a working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall,carpentry, Tenant Improvements, painting, landscaping, and all other repairs related to maintaining our buildings in excellent condition. He must have experience and the ability to make sure jobs get done properly the first time. He must be fluent in English, and be "hands on" for every job. The technician must be highly organized , self. motivated and efficient in their work product and work well with others.. The hours are generally 7:00-4:00 daily, but schedule may vary a bit. you need to have a meticulous attention to detail and understand that "done is done."
