Contract Overview:
Clear Cut Realty is looking for a licensed, driven Real Estate Associate to work directly with the broker in building and converting a high-quality pipeline of listings, buyers, and leasing opportunities. This is not a passive role. This is for someone who wants to learn how to actually generate business, close deals, and build a real career in real estate. Roughly 60% of the role is outbound lead generation (calls, follow-ups, pipeline building), and 40% is hands-on real estate work (showings, open houses, comps, client support). You will be working closely with an active broker with multiple listings and deals in motion, gaining direct exposure to real transactions—not just theory.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation (Primary Focus
  • ~60%) Cold calling property owners (sales + leasing) Prospecting distressed properties / foreclosure opportunities Following up with warm leads and nurturing relationships Building and maintaining pipeline in CRM Organizing leads, notes, and deal flow (CRM + in-office tracking) Agent Responsibilities (~40%) Hosting open houses Conducting property showings Preparing rental and sales comps (CMAs) Assisting with active listings and transactions Supporting client communication when needed
What We're Looking For:
Active California Real Estate License (required) Strong phone presence and communication skills Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls Organized and detail-oriented Self-motivated and consistent (this role rewards discipline) Interested in long-term growth as a producing agent
Compensation Structure:
This role includes a base component plus performance-based commission. Hourly or monthly base tied to activity benchmarks Commission on closed deals (varies by lead source) Clear structure and growth path toward higher splits Full compensation breakdown will be discussed during the interview process.
