Agent:

Works closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure quality work is completed effectively and in a timely manner Tours prospective residents via in-person or Zoom Assists applicant with the application process Creates and updates marketing ads Completes any daily, weekly, or monthly reports assigned by Property Manager Assists residents with work orders or any issues they are having in their home Completes move-in walk-through with new residents

Key Qualifications:

Excellent customer service: someone who can navigate all types of situations A problem solver; able to provide solutions! Knowledge of Property Management software Understands and complies with state landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing laws and Cal-OSHA Knowledge of all rental processes and marketing trends Knowledge of Excel, WORD, Outlook Works well under pressure and maintains a positive, friendly attitude Strong interpersonal skills: ability to communicate effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
