Job Description

Job Description A reputable law firm is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Real Estate Closer to support residential and/or commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing. This role will work closely with attorneys, clients, lenders, and title/escrow partners to ensure accurate and timely execution of closing transactions. Skills and Requirements 2+ years of experience in real estate closings, transaction coordination, or real estate paralegal work Experience working within a law firm, title company, lender, or real estate environment Strong understanding of closing processes for residential and/or commercial real estate transactions Familiarity with title review, due diligence, and closing documentation Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management skills Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems
